Dr Ellen Paton

Dr Ellen Paton is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Notre Dame after first completing a degree in Medical Science with First Class Honours at the University of New South Wales.

Ellen is a Medical Advisor for the Ministry of Health and teaches medical ethics at Macquarie University. She has studied lifestyle medicine, health coaching, art therapy and animal assisted therapy. She has a background in children's and adult cancer research and has written multiple papers in this area.

Ellen is also a mum and a published children's author. She specialises in holistic, person-centred care.
