Individualised care for injuries and conditions of muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons.
At Next Practice Parramatta, we provide comprehensive, coordinated care for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions—covering muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons. Whether you’re dealing with a recent sprain, persistent back pain, sports‑related injury, or post‑operative rehabilitation, our team works together to help you reduce pain, restore function and return to the activities that matter most.
Integrative GP — Dr Dayna Griffin
Leads your initial medical assessment, coordinates imaging and referrals, provides evidence‑based pain management and supports whole‑person health (sleep, stress, nutrition and lifestyle factors) that influence recovery.
Physiotherapist — Kenan Manasirli
Delivers hands‑on therapy and progressive rehabilitation programs to restore movement, strength and confidence. Kenan builds tailored exercise plans that fit your goals—returning to work, sport, or everyday life.

Provides specialist opinion for complex injuries and lower‑limb conditions (hip and knee), including surgical consultations when appropriate. Works closely with our GP and physiotherapist to align pre‑/post‑treatment care and keep your recovery coordinated.

1) Thorough Assessment & Plan
We start with a detailed history, examination and (if needed) imaging. You’ll receive a clear, written plan outlining your diagnosis, goals and next steps.
2) Personalised Rehabilitation
Your program may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, load management, mobility and strength work, pacing strategies, and education to support self‑management.
3) Team‑Based Progress Reviews
Your GP, physiotherapist and (when required) orthopaedic surgeon coordinate care, share updates and adjust your plan so treatment stays aligned with your goals and progress.
4) Return to Work / Sport
We provide structured, graded plans for a safe and sustainable return to activity, including workplace suitable‑duties planning or sport‑specific re‑conditioning.
5) WorkCover & CTP Support (If Applicable)
We help with injury management plans, certificates, insurer communication and reporting—so you can focus on your recovery while we handle the admin.
